Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your subscription. If something isn't working for you, here's how refunds work at Journey Uncommon.
Eligibility
Refunds are available within 7 days of your payment date, no questions asked. If you paid for a subscription and changed your mind within the first week, you can get your money back.
How to request a refund
Email us at hello@journeyuncommon.com with your transaction reference (visible on your /profile page) and a brief reason if you want to share one. The reason is optional.
Processing time
Once we receive your request, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. The amount usually appears on your card or bank account 7-14 days after we process it, depending on your bank.
Not refundable
After the 7-day window, payments are non-refundable. Partial months are not pro-rated when you cancel mid-cycle. You keep your paid features until the end of the billing period you already paid for.
Cancellation vs refund
Cancelling stops future billing but does not refund the current period. To stop billing AND get money back within 7 days, cancel your subscription and email us for the refund. See our Cancellation Policy for how to cancel.
Disputed charges
If our payment processor flags something as fraud, or if you did not authorize the charge, please contact us first. We will refund without questions in these cases.
