Because it does less. There is no proctoring, no webcam, no microphone, no screen recording, no browser lockdown, no identity check, no coding sandbox and no ATS integration. What it does is multiple-choice screening with server-side grading, a sealed question bank, a server-owned clock, a pass mark that a human sets, and a record of what happened during the attempt (answer timeline, how often the page lost focus, how often text was copied) shown as plain numbers rather than as a cheating score. If you need the rest, the price difference is not the reason to switch.
