Is the Free plan really free?
Yes. Free Learner gives you the 1000+ MCQ library and 1 AI-graded guesstimate per day, forever. Free Recruiter gives you 5 candidate sends per month, forever. No credit card.
What counts as a 'send'?
One send = one unique candidate who attempts any of your tests in a given calendar month. The same candidate attempting twice still counts as one send.
How does billing work?
Subscriptions auto-renew monthly via secure card or UPI autopay. We email you a receipt on every charge. Cancel any time from your Profile → Billing — you'll keep access through the end of your current cycle.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, within 7 days of payment, no questions asked. Email hello@journeyuncommon.com.
I'm both a learner and a recruiter — can I have both plans?
Yes. Learner Pro and any Recruiter plan are independent and can be active at the same time.
