Is the beta really free?
Yes — full feature set, no credit card, no candidate cap. We'll keep this tier free for beta users for life when paid tiers launch ("founder plan" grandfathering). The way to lock that in is to actually use the platform during beta.
When do paid tiers launch?
We don't have a fixed date. Likely once we have ~50 recruiter accounts running production tests. Plenty of runway to use the beta without worrying about a switch flipping.
Why per-recruiter pricing instead of per-candidate?
Per-candidate pricing penalises you for running a wider funnel — exactly the wrong incentive. Recruiters who screen 100 candidates a month should pay the same as recruiters who screen 10, as long as they're running similar test loads.
What about candidates? Will candidates pay?
No. The candidate side (1000+ free MCQs, AI-graded practice, AI tutor) stays free forever. That's the moat — candidates show up to your tests already familiar with the platform.
Do you charge per AI grade?
No. AI grading is included in every paid tier. We bound usage with daily caps so a runaway script can't cost us money — but normal use will never hit those caps.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. No annual lock-in on Starter or Pro. Team plans default to monthly with optional annual discount; Enterprise is custom.
