Ask for extra time or an untimed test

If a time limit would measure your disability rather than your skills, ask for a change. You do not need an account, and you do not need to send us anything medical.

Worth knowing first

  • Extra time changes the clock and nothing else. The questions, the marking and the pass mark stay identical.
  • Your result does not say you asked for or received an adjustment.
  • The company that invited you makes the decision. We record who decided and when.
  • Ask before you start if you can. It saves everyone a mess.

Paste the whole link from your invitation. We will pull the code out of it.

It has to be the address on the invitation, so the company can match your request to you.

What do you need?
How much more?

For example, 60 minutes becomes 75.

Please do not send a diagnosis or medical records. We do not want them and we are not qualified to assess them. Say what would help, or leave this empty.
