You can cancel your Journey Uncommon subscription anytime. Here's how it works and what to expect.
How to cancel
There are two ways to cancel:
- Self-service: Go to your /profile page, find the Billing section, and click the Cancel button on your active plan.
- Email: Send us a note at hello@journeyuncommon.com and we will cancel for you.
What happens
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You keep all your Pro, Growth, or Scale features until that date. You do not lose access right away.
Renewal
Once cancelled, your subscription does not auto-renew. You will drop to the Free plan on the expiry date.
Can I undo a cancellation?
Yes, anytime before the expiry date. Just resubscribe from /pricing and you will stay on your current plan without losing access.
Pause instead of cancel
We support pausing too. This is coming soon as a self-service option. For now, contact support at hello@journeyuncommon.com and we will pause your subscription for you.
Refund after cancel
If you cancel within 7 days of your most recent payment, you can request a refund. See our Refund Policy for details.
