A developer knowledge screen you can send in five minutes. Judge the questions before you pay.
Multiple-choice screening, graded on our server the moment a candidate submits. Read the practice bank and the exact rubric before you pay. Your candidates get a different draw from a sealed set we never publish.
What you get, and where it stops.
You can read the bank before you pay.
- The practice half is public: questions, worked explanations, exact rubrics.
- Recruiter tests draw from a sealed half we never publish, across 17 languages.
- Every candidate gets a different draw, so passing the paper round does not help.
Graded on our server, not in the browser.
- The correct answers are never sent to the candidate's page, in any form.
- The clock is a server column. Refreshing does not buy time.
- One attempt per invite. Only you can grant a retake.
Numbers, with their limits. Never a verdict.
- Every answer change is time-stamped by our server and cannot be edited afterwards.
- We count how many times the test page lost focus and for how long, and we show you the number.
- If two candidates on the same test look like they used the same device, we tell you.
- None of it is scored, and nothing ever ends a test early.
One page per candidate, and what to ask them.
- Every question, what they picked, what was right, and a topic breakdown.
- Print to PDF, or export every candidate to CSV with a column per topic.
- A share link for a hiring manager with no account, with an expiry you set.
- It ends with questions to ask in the interview, not a conclusion.
What this is not.
- A replacement for a technical interview. It is a first-round filter.
- A supervised exam. No webcam, no microphone, no screen recording, no browser lockdown, no ID check.
- A cheating detector. We show you what was recorded. We never score it, and we never decide anything from it.
- A guarantee. A candidate can still search the concept, ask an AI on a second device, or ask a friend.
The full list of limits is on the product summary, and the reasoning behind the bank is on how our tests work.

Recruiter FAQs
Do you have anti-cheat or proctoring?
No proctoring. Nobody watches your candidates and no software tries to. No webcam, no microphone, no screen recording, no browser lockdown, no ID check, and none of those are planned. What we do record is four things: a timeline of every answer change stamped by our server, how many times the test page lost focus and for how long, how many times text was copied from a question, and whether two candidates on the same test look like they used the same device. Each is shown as a number next to a typical value and a plain line saying what it cannot tell you. There is no cheating score, no risk rating, no threshold, and nothing is ever blocked or auto-submitted.
Can you tell me if a candidate used ChatGPT?
No, and nobody honestly can. The browser tells us this page stopped being the visible one. It does not tell us what became visible instead, and a second laptop or a phone held over the screen produces nothing at all. The best-validated methods in the published research catch under a third of already-known cheaters on 170-question exams, and our tests are 5 to 50 questions.
How is this different from TestGorilla?
On feature count it is not. They are a more complete product and we are behind on integrations and on breadth. Two things differ. You can read our practice bank and the exact rubric before you pay, instead of trusting a score from a bank nobody outside the vendor has seen. And we will not sell you a cheating score, because at this test length nobody can back one up.
How does the monthly limit work?
The opposite way round to most tools. We count unique candidates who attempted your tests this calendar month. When that count hits your plan limit we stop you creating a NEW test. Tests you already created keep taking candidates with no limit. Free is 5, Growth is 25, Scale is 250.
